Where can I get in touch with you?

The Nip Tuck Swim Team are Australian based. Our operating hours are Monday – Friday, 0800 – 1700 AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time).

If you have a question, you can reach us at for all enquiries including: general, sizing, style/fit, order enquiries (including order changes), returns/refunds, and much more.

Please allow the Nip Tuck Swim team 48 hours to address your email enquiry.

I can’t find my discount code, where is it?

Sometimes our emails like to take a detour in your junk and spam folders. Please check these folders in your inbox to make sure our email didn’t end up there.

How will I know my order has been received?

When you place an order with us, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number and the details of your order. If you do not receive this email, contact us at so our customer service team can re-send this confirmation to you.

Can I change my order after I’ve completed it?

We may be able to make minor changes to your order, inclusive of cancelling an item or switching an item for a different size. However, this depends on the status of your order.

Please be aware that we cannot combine or add an item to an existing order. Also, as we are Australian based, the time difference between the US and AUS can complicate this process. We will always try our best to help, so if you need to amend your order, please email immediately and our customer service team will get in contact with you.

How do I cancel my order if I need to?

To cancel your order, you must contact our customer service team at within 4 hours of purchasing. Though, once our team have processed and allocated tracking to your order, it cannot be cancelled.

We are based in Australia and will attend to this during office hours. As there is a time difference between you and our customer service team, we will try our best to address your order cancellation before it is dispatched by our team.

If an order cancellation is not possible, our customer service team are happy to help you organize a return once you receive your order.

How will I know when my order is on it’s way?

Once we have dispatched your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us with tracking information enclosed. You’ll be able to use this information to track your parcel once it is picked up by our courier.

For our USA and International Customers, we use DHL Express services. You can track your parcel here.

I am missing pieces from my order – What do I do?

We’re so sorry that we misplaced some of your order! Contact our customer service team at as soon as possible and we will help to fix this issue.

My new swimsuit is faulty – What should I do?

Whilst this is an unlikely occurrence, it can still happen! We are terribly sorry and want to help fix this as quickly as possible. Please send an email to with the following information:

• Order number
• Style information
• Two images (minimum) of the fault.

Our customer service team will review this and respond within 48 hours with a resolution.

I have ordered a swimsuit that is no longer available – What happens now?

Sometimes the stock showing on our website may not match to the stock that is sitting in our warehouse. If you order an item that is unavailable, the Nip Tuck Swim team will email you with an update on your order and the options available to amend or refund your purchase.


What payment portals do you carry?

We offer the below payment options –

What currency do you accept?

We process all of our orders in USD (United States Dollar). If you live outside of the US, the charge on your order will be converted into your national currency as these funds leave your bank account. The exchange rate used will depend on your bank’s daily conversion rate, this may change from day to day.

How do I apply my promo code to my order?

When you’re ready to check out, there is a dedicated section for promo codes on the right-hand side of your check out screen. There is a box here that you must enter your promo code into. Enter your code and hit ‘apply’. This will automatically apply to your order total which will display the discounted total.


When can I expect my order to arrive?

The delivery timeframe of your order is subject to your shipping location and the volume of orders being processed at one time. But don’t wait by the window for the mailman all day, here are some guidelines:

US East Coast : 5 – 7 working days
US West Coast : 5 – 7 working days
Rest of World : 7 – 10 working days for metropolitan. Regional areas will require more time.

Please note these are guidelines only. Nip Tuck Swim are not liable for delivery delays. These timeframes reflect recommendations by our delivery partner and are subject to fluctuations. For time-accurate information, contact your delivery service provider directly.

Do you offer express shipping?

We want to get your tummy control swimsuit to you as soon as we can, but we do not offer express delivery at this time. Your order is shipped via DHL Express from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia.

Do you ship worldwide?

We cannot ship to countries outside of the United States at this time.

BUT our distribution network may be able to assist in delivering to non-US countries. If this applies to you, please send us an email at and our customer service team will help you find a solution.

We also offer our products on Amazon Prime which makes our products more widely available to non-US countries.

Will I need to pay duties and taxes on my order?

International customers that do not live in the US are responsible for the payment of any customs charges, taxes or import duties incurred by their order. These costs will be charged either at point of delivery or after this time.

Nip Tuck Swim are not liable for these charges nor have any control over the amounts charged. Therefore, we cannot provide any estimates of these charges as they vary.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

YES! We do!

We want to make sure that your affordable designer swimsuit makes it to you so please ensure all your information is correct on your order. Nip Tuck Swim do not assume responsibility for loss or damage to your package when being delivered to your PO box.

My shipping address is incorrect – How can I fix this?

No worries! Please send your ORDER NUMBER and correct shipping information to immediately. We can arrange a delivery to your correct address.

If your order has already been shipped, you must contact the courier to re-direct your package.

Nip Tuck Swim is not responsible for lost packages once they have left our warehouse.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Is your order over USD$150? Yes? Great! Your delivery is FREE. All orders valued under USD$150 incur a USD$9.50 delivery charge.

I haven’t received my package, but it’s status is delivered, what do I do?

You must contact your courier directly as soon as possible. Use your waybill/tracking number to confirm the courier’s proof of delivery. Once you have received this, try and re-located your package. If you are unable to find it, email customer service at so we can assist you.

My delivery is taking longer than expected. What happened?

Unfortunately, with COVID-19, we are in unprecedented times. The world has been impacted by border restrictions and minimal flight availability which means we cannot guarantee that your package will arrive in the timeframe provided by your courier.


Can I return my order?

If your new Nip Tuck Swim swimwear isn’t fitting you perfectly or you’ve changed your mind, you can choose either a: 110% store credit (no expiration) or a full refund*

*Refunds DO NOT include shipping charges. These costs will not be refunded.

If your swimwear fits the following criteria, it is eligible for a return:
• Full priced (not marked with ‘FINAL SALE’)*
• Ordered within the last 30 days.
• In original condition, un-worn and un-washed with tags and hygiene label attached.

PLEASE NOTE : Items marked as ‘FINAL SALE’ cannot be returned under any circumstances.

If you have purchased items using a discount code or temporary promotion, these items will be accepted for a return through the online returns portal.

How do I return my order?

You can return an item(s) for either a refund or 110% store credit on a full priced order.

I bought my swimsuits on sale, can I return them?

Items marked as ‘FINAL SALE’ cannot be returned under any circumstances unless the item is faulty.

How long do I have to return an item?

We allow returns within 30 days of ordering.

How long will my return take to process?

Your refund or store credit may take 4-6 business days to be processed once we have received your return. Banks and payment services (such as Paypal and Afterpay) may take up to 2-10 business days to clear funds into your account.

Returns Costs

All refunds incur a flat rate charge of USD$9.50 to return.

Returns seeking a 110% store credit are free!

Original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Can I exchange my items?

We are unable to offer straight exchanges.

However, if you return your items for a 110% store credit, you can re-purchase the swimsuit you desired in the correct size or print. (Returns shipping is also free for store credit returns).

Gift Cards

How do I purchase a gift card?

There’s no better gift than a Nip Tuck Swim gift card! Gift cards are available in $USD. They expire after 3 years and are exempt from duties and customs taxes.

Follow these steps to purchase:

1. On our homepage scroll to the bottom of the page and look for the heading GIFT CARD under Company Info
2. Click that link and choose the amount you wish to load on it.
3. Click add to cart or buy now to complete your purchase.

After purchase, your gift card will be sent to your email address with all instructions enclosed. We do not issue physical gift cards. Standard delivery charges apply when Gift Cards are purchased along with physical products.

I can’t redeem my gift card! What can I do?

Oh no! Send an email to our customer service team at so we can assist you.

Is my Gift Card refundable?

We do not exchange gift cards for cash. All funds that were used purchased to purchase items being returned will be refunded back to you as a store credit which can be redeemed on another purchase.
